Administrative and Accountant Manager

Jane Losinski is the Owner as well as the Administrative and Accountant Manager for JEL & Associates, LLC (JEL). She worked in public accounting as an auditor prior to starting JEL in 1996. She has a strong accounting and tax background in general business as well as that of an engineering firm. Jane has been an active owner for over 23 years, she is involved in every project. Her interactions with clients in support of the engineering staff allows for quality communication between those individuals working with or for JEL on various aspects of a project. She is responsible for a wide variety of accounting and managerial duties utilizing various accounting and tax preparation software including QuickBooks, Peachtree, and Turbo Tax for business. Proficient in the use of computers, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat and Google Docs software.

Robert P. (Bobby) Egeberg

Senior Design Engineer and Project Manager

Bobby Egeberg is a Senior Design Engineer and Project Manager with 7 years of experience in various aspects of Civil and Environmental Engineering; working for a large corporate engineering firm in Denver and a regional firm in Washington State before joining JEL and Associates, LLC. Bobby is a licensed Professional Engineer in three states, Montana, Colorado and Washington. He has experience in water, wastewater, water resources, hydrologic and hydraulic engineering, and stormwater management. His experience includes hydraulic modeling, hydrologic modeling, historical consumptive use analyses, stormwater BMP modeling/design, field data collection, instrument implementation and GIS applications. Bobby has extensive experience with various modeling, analytical, and programming software including InfoSewer, InfoWater, StormCAD V8i, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ArcGIS, ArcMap, ReMi, MATLAB, and Visual Basic.
