JEL & Associates, LLC (JEL) was established in 1996 as a woman owned small business enterprise.
The thrust of JEL’s work has been in the development of infrastructure for projects within Native American trust lands. The projects have ranged in scope from individual scattered housing sites to the development of 120,000 square-foot health care facilities.
