JEL’s responsibilities included the complete site development plan encompassing the grading and drainage plans and a water/sewer system design including a sewage treatment plant and disposal system. The design of all roadways, parking lots and design of the associated traffic flows were part of the first phase design in the environmentally sensitive and challenging area. $6 million
