This project was for the design of a new 74,000 sq. ft school facility under LEED design requirements. New design/construction included the school, a bus barn and three staff housing quarters. JEL’s responsibilities included the civil design for the site development, grading and drainage, utilities infrastructure, including water, sewer and storm drainage, roadways and parking. $15 million.
